I’ve been taking these for 4/5 months now. I see, feel a difference in my hair, it’s thick again. The biggest difference for me is how the wrinkles on my face and neck are virtually gone. My knees don’t hurt like they had in the past. I love this product and have highly recommended it to my other friends..

This really works well for me. My nails, skin, and hair showed considerable improvement after two weeks (which is why I bought it), and my lower back pain has decreased (an unexpected bonus).<br /><br />UPDATE: When I got my second bottle, despite having told the company TWICE in writing that I was taking the collagen peptides, they sent me the collagen gummies. I have a severe eating disorder and taking gummies is out of the question for me. The company should consider that clients know their own needs and not try to push the products they want to move. I’ve now ordered collagen peptides elsewhere.
