I don’t any dislike. This multi vitamin is the best for all my weightloss community. I have tried gummies an Generics brands of vitamins but this brand is the best I don’t even have the nauseous feeling like i did with the other vitamins. My opinion its the best for me.

These seem to work very well. My doctor checks my vitamin levels at least once a year and I’m always good.

I'm HORRIBLE with taking my vitamins. I had my sleeve in 2017, then had a revision to bypass may 2022. With as how important it is for us to be taking our vitamins, Its even MORE important when you now have a gastric bypass.<br /><br />i HATE taking the nasty tasting chewables. I just wouldnt. I tried many of them. Bleh!<br /><br />My surgeon recommended Procare bariatric multivitamin. This one having the iron as well is soooooo much better for me! The capsule is a little on the bigger side, but easy to take. No nasty taste after like you get with some. Its also just 1 capsule a day.<br /><br />I've been on this about a month now and im already starting to feel better, my hair is slowly starting to grow again, and best of all....My stall is gone and im back to dropping weight!

I have good energy and they're easy to swallow.
