I originally ordered this collagen in the canister. Then I realized that the same amount was available in a pouch and ordered that. When I first started using Revive Collagen(canister) , I was amazed at how much less pain and anxiety I felt. After I switched to the Revive collagen in the pouch, I began to experience pain and anxiety again. I was using the same suggested 2 scoop dosage, but was using the scoop that was provided in the pouch. One day I noticed scoops I had saved in a drawer from Revive collagen were 2 different sizes. The scoop provided with the canister is 20 cc. The scoop included in the pouch is 13 cc. The suggested 2 scoop dosage from the canister is then 40 ccs. The suggested dose on the pouch is also 2 scoops, but 2 of the smaller scoops , would be only 26 cc, about 1.25 of the canister scoops. I am going back to using the larger scoop. You have to use 3 of the smaller scoops included in the pouch to get the dosage recommended on the canister.

I've tried a TON of collagen products on Amazon as they go on sale. This product has been the one I purchase again and again.<br /><br />There is no odd maneuer smell that knocks you over on other brands.<br /><br />Mixing is very smooth, as well. On other products, I've had to deal with clumping, and using the bottom of my spoon to smash the clumps so they can dissolve. Too much work! But this product mixes very well, and if there is a clump, it's very small and happens if I dump too much in too quickly.<br /><br />Highly recommend!

I have osteoarthritis and a connective tissue disorder. I've struggled with dry skin and painful joints for a while now. I was using another collagen product, but it only contained one type of collagen (bovine). I searched here for a product and this one came up as highly recommended. There're different types of collagen powder being marketed out there. The most popular being the Bovine (Types I & III) and the one with all the subtypes: Bovine, Marine, Chicken & egg membrane (Types I, II, III, V, X).<br /><br />This brand has one of the least fish odor (from the marine collagen) you'll find when compared to other brands.<br /><br />This brand has the whole shebang of ingredients. I learned by experience that when I use this after HIIT cardio workouts; I wake up free of muscle sore and joint aches. There are several other benefits taking collagen has on the body. I believe it's a more effective option to Whey protein powder. This is multi source collagen and mixes well, especially in tea or coffee. There is no taste.

First of all, I have a scoop each morning in my coffee. Quickly dissolves in the hot coffee and adds to the creamy feeling along with my half & half. I don't know if it has helped with my knee joint pain or not since I'm throwing a few things at my knee for pain management. What I have noticed though is I am getting a lot of friends asking me about my skincare regime. I keep being told what great skin I have and it finally dawned on me all these complements started after I began using this product. Even a good friend asked if I had Botox done because "your skin looks fantastic". It's a winner just for that!
