My one star is not about the product its about the delivery
I love this product, I take it regularly, BUT Getting it is really hard - I order it and it doesn't ship for a couple of weeks. I need to find another supplier other than Amazon. It just really makes me angry because I rely on this.

Where Nothing Else Works, THIS DOES
A great product to help an on the go busy lifestyle mom. Where coffee and energy drinks rarely work, this does! It doesn’t cause insomnia or a crash, but gives you healthy energy. Helped my natural sleep quality as well. No taste to the easy to swallow pill, and has left me feeling better than I have in many years. Definitely worth the try and will be placing another order soon.

Good to supplement with heavy workouts
Tried these out to see if they’d help with my recovery post workout. I took two a day and have now finished the bottle. Felt like overall I had a good level of energy and better sleep: would consider buying it again

Helped my mood. Reduced stress
I took the pills as indicated and by day 3 I felt less stressed. Not in a sleepy way, I was just relaxed. It didn't induce sleep at the end of the day but I did feel like I slept longer and better.<br />I would definitely recommend.
