Apparently I didn't check the dosage close enough before I bought these. i am not about to take 4 capsules a day to reach my usual dose to prevent night time leg cramps. So I settled for 2 capsules per day. Do not rely on the front label for dosage. Check the back label, as dosage may require more than one capsule.
