I’ve been having trouble falling asleep(-not staying asleep-) for months and have taken other brands but those didn’t seem to work. Four nights now with these and the time it takes to make me fall asleep has been reduced to more than half. Very happy and I recommend them.

Great purchase. Does the trick
I love it. I get amazing sleep. I do not feel addicted to it, but also don't take it every night. I don't want to build a tolerance to it. I do not have any grogginess when I awake or have strange lucid dreams. All in all I would purchase again as well as recommend.
