Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize β exactly what I look for.

Impressed on every front
Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.

Better than the name brands
Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use.
