Better than the name brands
Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this.

Fine for the price
Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price.

New staple in my routine
Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted.
