These don’t really have a taste, and they haven’t done anything for me when it comes to “bodily pain”. I have degenerative disc disorder (I’m 23) and I haven’t noticed my back feeling any better because of these. However, my intention if for these to make my skin, nails, and hair healthier. I have noticed my skin feeling very healthy and my pores are cleaner. Highly recommend this brand- I also take the Hello Lovely! Hair Gummy Vitamins.
