Fill'em up.
I have tried more high protein.bars than I'd care to admit. Very few have been edible, let alone actually make me want to snack on them.<br /><br />These guys are tasty and filling. If I eat one for breakfast (around 6-7 a.m.) with some fruit, I'm not even remotely hungry until 2 p.m.<br /><br />I don't love the almond varieties, but all the rest are pretty tasty.<br /><br />The biggest downfalls are the need to be refrigerated and the price and the plastic-wrapper (I'd be much happier and probably wouldn't even bug about the price if the wrapper was a biodegradable paper.
