Decent, with a couple of caveats
Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst.

Good but not perfect
Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.

Not for me, unfortunately
Quality felt inconsistent between batches — color and texture varied. Packaging felt flimsy and one tub arrived slightly dented.
