My doctor prescribed green smoothies every day to balance my ph because my readings were too acidic so I take one tablet per day in water let it dissolve and it does the work!!! So you drink it down… it taste fine and the price is great 😊

These are easy to use no scooping powder, drop in a glass and wait till the tab fully dissolves and drink. Quick and taste much better than expected. The citrus flavor pairs well with the greens. Not the same as juicing but so easy to use. I will likely buy again.

Am very happy with this product as I try and regulate blood sugar. It is super easy to make, drink and then feel good. I like the taste, though not the residue, and the staining of cup. Has a lot of good ingredients I find helpful for my needs.
