The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness.
