This is the best whey around. I did a lot of research before purchasing this whey protein. This is a concentrate, NOT an isolate. It has a smooth, creamy taste. I use the Natural flavor, and mix it with raw coconut water. I drink this after my runs, because it helps me recover very quickly. My muscle mass has increased and my fat has decreased since I've been using it. Also, I have low ferritin, and whey concentrate has lactoferrin which helps transport and store iron, and it helps promote healthy intestinal bacteria.

Have been following this whole grass-fed vs pasture-raised issue and was interested to hear now that Wisdom is in a suit now about their claims. I used to assume that that grass-fed meant grass-fed, and products like Wisdom Whey were being totally upfront, but now I'm not so sure. Just read that they are being sued for engaging in unfair competition and making false representations of their protein being from 100% grass-fed whey. Not liking the sound of that...

I was really happy to find a high-quality whey protein concentrate (not isolates). I do like the way the product blends well in smoothies; however, I am not crazy about the pungent taste of the stevia used as a sweetener in this particular brand. The stevia just seemed to dominate whatever I mixed the protein with. I am really happy I found this brand, but next time I purchase it, I will likely order the natural flavor and add my own vanilla and preferred sweetener (or none at all). But, if you are already have an acquired taste for stevia, this may be the right flavor for you.

It doesn't have a lot of taste to it, but that's not what I find important anyway.
