I have previously been using the Biojen pills and had much success with it. I know the reviews for Biojen are only about 3 stars but it was working for me. Everyone is different. When I went to purchase more Biojen, it was no longer available. After looking over other similar products, I decided to try this Biotin as a replacement. I've just started taking the pills so it really is to early to tell if this product is going to work. I think a month should start showing results if any. I'm not looking to grow more hair, I'm just trying to keep what I have and trying to stop hair loss. My hair looked fuller and healthy and my nails were growing like crazy with the Biojen. That is result I'm looking for in this product. I will update in another few weeks. For now, I'm giving it 4 stars. I have been taking it for about 1 week and so far I've had no side effects. The only downside so far is that it approximately $10-12 more expensive. If I get good results, It won't matter.

I bought this product to improve my nail strength. My hair has benefited for sure, in that it is growing quickly. Time will tell regarding my nails.

Wonder product. Since I'm in my early 70's I worry about getting dull, thin hair. This product will at least help my hair look young even if the rest of me doesn't. Capsule is easy to swallow.
