I’m a huge skeptic when it comes to vitamins and beauty. However I tried these to help my nails and I am now a believer! I used to have very thin, flexible nails. They would tear off all the time, and never grow out. I started taking these months ago (only recently bought off Amazon) and there is a huge difference with the strength of my nails. I’d say the results were noticed after the first bottle of these. I now get my nails done twice a month and they are beautiful and strong! I hope this helps any other skeptics! Also, they taste really good too! I won’t lie I have definitely taken an extra one from time to time because they are so tasty 😁

I take them everyday, no pain relief but that's not really why I bought them. The taste is tolerable but I prefer to take them with my b gummies which tastes a bit better than these! Not sure if I see any improvement and have taken them for several months but I'm going to continue to take them because I believe in the long run, that they will help my body!
