This has been my favorite protein mix for a decade+ now. It blends well, has the benefits of a full multi vitamin, and tastes great. My only complaint is that they stopped selling this flavor in retail stores a few years ago. So, thank you Amazon and the seller for bringing chocolate peanut butter swirl back in my life! I can also attest that the vanilla, cappuccino, chocolate, and banana are fantastic as well

This is a wonderful product that I have enjoyed using for more than 25 years, usually having it as my breakfast daily. A nutritionist recommended this for me because of all the essential vitamins that are included. The only negative for me is that I wish that it was available without Soy, as I have Thyroid issues and that is now a non-reccomended item for me.

My daughter and I have been drinking Spiru-Tein for 15 years, we enjoy it. Choc Peanut Butter is our favorite, flowed closely by the Strawberry.<br /><br />With a glass of skim or almond milk this is a fantastic low calories, high protein, and its vitamin mineral packed.

I am almost out of this product. I have used it for breakfast in the mornings. I have Multiple Sclerosis and take Tecfidera. If you take this medicine then you need to eat protein with it. This allows me to be lazy and not cook bacon or meat. I just make a shake with a banana and then I am good to go. It helps me to build and keep muscle after exercising as well. I gave it to my son in half the dose and he loves the taste. It taste better than the vanilla version.

This brand of shakes is one of the best on the market next to natures bounty brand, vanilla, which is also great. I mix almond milk & yogurt with ours in a blender & ice, comes out like a thick shake, & great for weight loss also.
