The label does NOT indicate the amount of elemental magnesium in this product. Magnesium glycinate (assuming that it is pure) has only 14.1% elemental magnesium by mass. (Different types of magnesium have different percentages of elemental magnesium, along with different absorbability qualities.) The RDA for the amount of magnesium and calcium needed for age/whatever is ALWAYS elemental. So, while this bottle claims 750 mg magnesium glycinate (in big font) and also claims a serving size is one capsule, well, you are only getting around 100 mg of magnesium per capsule, per “serving”. For what it’s worth, the RDA is between 350 and 450 daily. This supplement is not good value. (And who knows as to the purity.). I regret this purchase made in haste.

This magnesium was absolute rubbish! Usually, I sleep better and am more regular with magnesium. I have to take quite a large amount for my digestive issues so I bought this 750mg strength. It is garbage! I am so fed up of a bunch of phony reviews where products are given 5 stars in return for a free bottle. People love free stuff even if it’s not very good…so we are suckered into thinking these products are good, when in fact they are useless and have zero efficacy! Amazon should have a notice where it is stated clearly that a review has been given in return for a free product! This is probably the 10th or 11th vitamin type product that has been as beneficial as a tic tac! Very very frustrating!

It has improved my sleep, calms my muscles and regulates my bowl movement. Typically I need 600-700 mg of magnesium. Other products are 150mg per capsule. This one is 750mg per capsule. By using this product, I can take one instead of 4-6 capsules which has helped me tremendously in taking my supplement regularly. That’s the best thing about this product.

I use magnesium glycinate to help relieve my anxiety and help promote my sleep. I always stuggle with sleep so if one easy to swallow pill is all it takes to promote better sleep for me then sign me up. It is also the best sleep of my life.

I am blown away. I got this as a skeptical hopeful in my lifelong battle against chronic migraine and my horrible sleep quality. When I looked into which type of magnesium to try for specifically poor quality sleep, pain and migraine, I was directed to this type. I have recently stopped taking all pharmaceuticals as none of them were working, or paired with horrible side effects. I have taken so many medications since I was a child.<br />I usually wake up in level 5 pain, headache, and not have had a restful sleep.<br />I took this on the first night and I truly expected nothing, as every other thing ive ever taken has been a total let down or a joke entirely. Woke up the next morning in ZERO pain. None. No pain killer or muscle relaxer has ever helped me to sleep so SO well and wake up in zero pain with no other strange things paired with it. As the morning went on, still no pain. I cant express how truly remarkable this is, ive never had this in my 31 years of life. I have been taking it for 3 nights now and its the same every morning. Waking up well rested, and in zero pain. I cannot believe it. I hope it keeps up like this, as its already a miracle. If you have symptoms like I do, I could not reccomend this enough, please just try it.<br />My husband has been taking it the last 2 days, as I was so astonished after the first night and he also agrees its made him sleep like a rock.
