Better than Quest — No Sucralose!
I switched from Quest because the powers that be there apparently decided that putting sucralose (table sugar) and other synthetic sweeteners & ingredients in their bars was a good idea.

It's clear their board turned to the Dark Side by catering to the "wishes" of their customers — prime one being "better tasting." Apparently a large swath of grown adults can't stand the taste of real, unadulterated food, and want stuff that tastes like birthday cake or donuts instead. Forget "better tasting" or "pseudo-healthy".... protein bars are *supposed* to be HEALTHY and minimally processed! If you want great tasting — go grab a candy bar, some sugary breakfast cereal, or whipped frappé at Starbucks while you're at it!

People like myself are interested in 1) minimally processed, 2) high in protein, and 3) high quality ingredients. These bars hit all those marks and are the best bang for the buck. The flavors are subtle (in a good way), and don't have that artificial sugar alcohol taste like Pure Protein, Clif Builders Bar, or Quest. They're also high in fiber, which makes them quite filling for the sub >200 calorie count. Keep it up Kirkland, and please resist the temptation to cross over into the Dark Side like Quest did.
