My go-to supplement
I'd rather not bore you with the details of the ingredients, they have their own marketing for that I'm sure. I will say however, that I love this stuff. I've been using it ever since I started working out 3 years ago. I've tried other protein supplements on account of the slightly high price, but I can't seem to like anything else.<br /><br />The taste: I always go with 16oz of water and 2 scoops of the protein. PUT THE WATER IN FIRST, THEN ADD THE SCOOPS. If you put the powder in first it will stick to the bottom. Shake the hell out of it and it will taste like a milkshake every time.<br /><br />Results: obviously what works for my body won't work for everyone else. What I can say about my experience in comparison with other supplements I've tried is that I'm sore for a shorter duration when I take this after a workout. No matter how often I work out I'm usually sore for 3-4 days after, with this it's reduced to about 2.<br /><br />Side note: it will fill you up for a short period, this protein is designed to be digested fast, and it does just that.<br /><br />Another side note: the chocolate flavor does have a thicker texture which feels a bit more authentic and I enjoy that a bit more.
