Does not dissolve in water.
Magnesium citrate will dissolve in water in a ratio of 20g of Mag citrate to 100ml of water. This product does not, it partially dissolves and settles at a ratio of 2g in 100ml. As a chemist, this is contamination, an extremely impure product, or most likely not magnesium citrate.

Given its solubility, it could be magnesium citrate nonahydrate (magnesium 3:2) or calcium citrate, or a plethora of other chemicals. Spectral analysis will be revealing. I'll run it through the gas chromatograph when I can do some personal testing and report back. It would be much easier if the seller would actually post their chromatograph as well.

Edit: I went to to their website as the seller directed, and it is a dead site. Whois data reveals that godaddy has it now. The historical site owner also owned lysine for cats and howtopoopatwork.
