Updated at the bottom*<br />Been taking powder and liquid collagen for about three months now. When I first started my hair stopped falling out it was great. So when I ran out I went on amazon to find the best liquid I could find. This price point was high but from the reviews and what not I decided to try it. Fast forward 2 1/2 weeks my hair started falling out again like it previously did before taking collagen, my skin looks the exact same and since I started. The taste isn’t terrible but you don’t want to sip it, over all disappointed. Will do a updated when I finish the bottle<br />Also you have to take it an hour and a half before bed which is a weird time for me because I’m usually making dinner then relaxing and then I’m like oh crap I have to take collagen. With my drops I’d take it in the morning and before bed and had amazing results.<br />*** update week 4<br />So my hair stop falling out if anything it may have just gone through its re-growth stage which is not uncommon. But the reason I found the need to add to the review and adjust my rating was because I’ve also started working out every day and my joints don’t bother me as bad as they used to since taking this stuff. When I would get out of bed it would sound like I was walkIng on twigs and branches. Pretty much my whole life, yet since taking this it seems to have made my joints more lubricated. A couple cracks here and there but dramatically less than before taking it. As for skin not a huge change as for hair it stopped falling out which I am assuming it will start growing more hair soon.<br />All and all I’m willing to buy this one more time and see if it is really working or if it was from my diet change.

A friend told me about this collagen and how it’s good for your joints/workout recovery. I’ve been using it daily for 3 months or so and the results I am getting is more then I expected. Initially I wanted to see if it will help my joint pain and it did. But it also made my skin my nicer and for some reason my sleep is much better then It was before. I love this product!!

I saw this Collagen initially in my dermatologist office. The doctor told me he takes it himself and recommended me to try it for my skin since it contains enriched hydrolyzed collagen and Hyaluronic acid. I bought a bottle from him and now found it cheaper on amazon. This product does wonders for my skin. A little expensive but well worth it. Great Quality!

This product works ! However it tastes atrocious!! I could barely get it down but I had to thanks to a knee injury. Bottom line is that it works. Not only did it expedite the healing of my knee injury but it made my entire body more limber. My body was literally popping like popcorn after taking this product for only 2 days. Also helped alleviate my constant lower back pain and when taken as directed helps relax you before bed. I definitely recommend using it.

I tried Vital Energy Mocha and Pina Collada flavor before so decided to give it a try when I saw it. This flavor is definitely an improvement. Overall this collagen with hyaluronic acid is certainly worth the money. Helps with my workout recovery and improves my skin. Would definitely recommend.
