I am extremely hard on my hands/nails, i work with food so my hands are constantly in & out of water, soap, & sanitizer. My nails are so brittle they are constantly splitting & bending backwards. I have only been taking this product for 2 short weeks, and today I noticed that I was able to scrape a lable off of a container with my nail & it didnt break, split, or bend back. I am impressed & can't wait to see the difference in another month.<br />P.S. the pill even has a good taste, which was surprising.

I have a bad knee that I was seriously starting to worry about because I’m fairly young and I walk everywhere. I didn’t want collagen sourced from an animal so I gave this a whirl and it really is an awesome product. I have not had any pain in my knee since I started taking this and within a couple of days I noticed clearer skin and my skin looks fuller. I also have a very sensitive stomach and it did not effect me. This was recommended to my boyfriend and he loves it as well!

There are so many different collagen supplements out there, but I found that I prefer the pill form overpowers. The reason why I like this one the best is because of the single tablet dosing. Every single other one I’ve taken requires three pills per day. I definitely prefer any option that includes taking fewer pills while achieving the same result.

I actually really liked this product. I have tried GMC hair and nails and I can’t even compare. When I started taking this product I had no nails and my hair was in dire need of help! After week two I could really see a difference in my hair strength and my nails are growing rapidly and they feed a lot stringer and thicker. I just all around feel good while taking this. Highly recommend. I love that it’s vegan too. That’s a plus.

There is no flavor or aftertaste but I am disappointed that I didn't really experience the dramatic changes that other users have shared in their reviews. What I do know is that this pill is big and doesn't go down easy. It doesn't upset my stomach or dissolve in a funky way in my mouth though. Given the reviews, go ahead and try it - I didn't get great results; so I likely am not a repeat customer

This product does contain magnesium stearate, even though in the description it says it does not. It is listed on the bottle in the ingredients.
