great product but needs ice packs during the mailing procces
I was taking other probiotics for a few months and felt a big difference. I wanted to up my game and try these out. I was using "Renew Life Adult Probiotics" and I felt a difference on weeks I went without them. However the brand started leaving me questioning because lets be real...unless your microbiologist how do you really know what your taking?! Also when I started doing more research most probiotics left me with more questions then answers. The reason I wanted to try this brand because 1) I did a some research and this brand carried A LOT of different strains compared to almost all other probiotics out there. 2) the bottle I got says they are freeze dried which depending on you outlook could be better because they strains are suppose to survive longer in the bottle. the bottle does need to be refrigerated after opening. 3) it does contain prebiotics which helps the probiotics and the bacteria already in your gut. 4) it pass the milk test ( YouTube it). long story short is you get a small bowl of milk and pop (removing the capsule) two pills in the milk and mix it. wait 2 days and it should turn into a yogurt consistency (that means the bacteria woke up and started to get work) . 5) i feel good and deffently see a difference in my digestive system as far as gas, using the bathroom, bloating, and im a gym nut so to me its just another weapon in my asenal to get a better body inside and out.

so the big question is are there cons??? yes there are cons and thats mainly dilivery... just becuase they are freeze dry doesnt mean they should be stuck in a box in temps above 70F. They dont give you a ice pack. i reccommed ordering this when you know the temp out is cool or just go to a store that sells it and pick it up. not worth spending over $60 and the pills are usless because they were at your front door for hours in the heat/sun. agian if you feel like you got cheated.. do the milk test. if it doesnt turn to yogurt then the probiotics are dead.
