I love these! I've been taking them for 2 months. I think I feel generally more energized. My first bottle (from a local health food store) had the old formula (see first pic) with really sticky gummies that unfortunately, almost looked like bugs, and were difficult to get out of the bottle! The taste was a bit strong after switching from a cheaper brand of vitamin gummies with HFCS. However, I got used to the taste of these after a couple of doses. Then I ordered my next couple of bottles from Amazon, without realizing the formula had changed, and they are much improved in texture, aren't sticky, taste better, etc. (See second pic) So if you read reviews about the gummies being sticky then receive a bottle and they aren't sticky, you have the new formula! I am proud that I actually remember to take my vitamins every day now. These are more expensive than a drug store brand, yes, but for less than $1 a day, they are worth it! After the second day of taking this product I was feeling better with a lot more energy and desire to do things and<br />started doing exercise again and riding my bike every day. I am 74 years old and my knees and back were killing me with arthritis pane. to my surprise all that pain has gone away gradually. I will continue ordering these vitamins every month. Thanks

I have used this brand many times and love them. So I got these for my 19 year old son because he really needs them. And they had a warning that they were heat sensitive and should be shipped overnight. But there was no option for that and I ordered Friday and got them Monday. And of course they are stuck together in the bottom of bottle! If the seller know that they will do this they should also take extra care in packing them for protection from the heat. Especially for the price. This brand isn’t cheap.

I suppose everyone's palette is different. What may taste gross to me, will taste yummy to you. And vice versa. I am an adult who can not swallow pills. I've tried. It doesn't work. Ever! So gummies or chewable or powder form are my friends. I'm still waiting for the day when a company will produce an all natural non-gmo whole food vitamin that actually tastes good! Adults like tasty stuff too ya know! Like bubblegum or strawberry sorbet or heck, even like a wine slushy flavor!! Haha<br />But these are powerful. They give me energy since I work long hours in a lab and I can feel them working. I don't take them every day as I like to mix things up a bit and take other multivitamin too. But I gave 4 stars because of the taste. Ugh. Lord help me these are nasty. Poop on a cracker with a slight fermented fruit aftertaste. Once you open the bottle, you are immediately thrown back in your chair and if your standing, you better hope there is someone behind you to catch you! After the initial shock, you will slowly try to pick one out of the bottle and inspect it to make sure it's not going to eat you. Once you know your safe, you'll stick it in your mouth. You'll make those faces when you eat a sour patch kid for the first time and you might gag (I did). So you quickly run to the nearest refrigerator and grab the first highly sugar Laden thing you can find (tropical punch kool-aid to the rescue!!) get rid of the squishy death muck that has invaded your mouth. You chug like a mad woman and when your finished, you scold yourself because you drank enough sugar to give you diabetes, but then give an imaginary high five because you have truly survived your vitamin encounter. You go about your day and realize you feel good. Really good! The next day, you have everything prepared ahead time. And you continue to do this every other day or daily. Ahhhh, the things we adults have to do just to take our vitamins in the morning. We might be worse than kids!<br />So, if you have sensitive taste buds like I do and your looking for yummy stuff, this is definitely not it. But after weeks of taking these, I've adjusted to the taste. I still have to have my kool-aid though. Lol

Make sure you read the label as these gummies use cyanocobalamin, instead of the methyl version, of b12. Depending on your needs it can make a difference. Cyanocobalamin uses cyanide and is manmade form of b12. Cyanocobalamin is not natural; in fact it cannot be found anywhere in nature and is actually created in the laboratory. It is used far more commonly by supplement manufacturers because producers can buy it in bulk at a very low cost especially when compared to the far more expensive alternative – methylcobalamin.

I love this product as it gives me the energy I need on a daily basis. The one not so nice thing is the gummies came stuck together (last order-unsure about newest order). I can tell the difference if I miss a day in taking them. This review would really be a 4 1/2 stars.
