I’ve been taking prescription trazodone for years to help me get to sleep, but thought a more natural option was worth a try. I took Serenity last night about 45 minutes and started watching a movie hoping to fall asleep. Next thing I knew, it was morning and I woke up without the hangover, groggy feel of OTC sleeping pills. It really works.

This product does get you to feel relaxed but does absolutely nothing for sleep. Took about 30 mins before bed about 9:30 pm, fell asleep relatively fast but woke up around 2am wide awake and restless . Did nothing for my sleep- update ,01/07/2020 I decided to continue using it , despite the initial experience after continued use I have to say , I really do enjoy the product and it has helped my sleep problems. There are still nights I wake up at 2 or 3 am but it’s not as frequent as it used to be . Something else I do enjoy , is I wake up without feeling groggy , I’m usually refreshed and ready to start my day . If you’re like me and suffer severely from insomnia and don’t want to use prescription or over the counter aids , This is worth a try

I gave the serenity sleep aid a 5 rating because it has helped me more than anything in the past four years. Since my daughter passed away 4 years ago, I have not been able to get more than 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night. Serenity sleep aid did not help me get to sleep as quickly as I would have liked, but once I was asleep, I was able to stay asleep and I have been getting at least 6 or 7 hours of sleep a night. I would recommend this product to anyone.

We purchased this for our older children who have difficulty relaxing/going to sleep some nights. It's been beneficial & works better than plain melatonin for them. (They typically only take 1 instead of 2) We've noticed a difference in their quality of sleep & energy the following the day when they do take it. When we ran out of it (oops) we heard demands of purchasing it again, & noticed they were not sleeping as well the nights they missed taking it...so this will probably be something we need to keep on hand, for the nights they need something to help them fall asleep. (We love that something Natural is able to help & doesn't cause any negative side effects)

No funky smell. Easy to swallow. I take two a night about an hour apart. It’s a bit pricey for one bottle but worth it.<br />I drift off in about 2 hours max. I feel as if I take it with my night time snack (yogurt or a cheese stick)<br />It helps aid it quicker I feel like.<br />It Legit helps me fall asleep quicker and easier versus the melatonin or zzzzquil.

I have had troubles sleeping for years now started with a loss of a family member and I started trying everything pills teas exercise natural sounds baths u name it I’ve been taking like Walmart sold sleeping pills not melatonin that wasn’t strong enough but ones I unfortunately know r u not healthy for me and honestly I know what things can do to your body and liver so I’m trying to stop taking them so I tryed these cause there natural they’ve worked well not as good as the harsh ones so far but I don’t wake up groggy and like hung over tired like I did with the store bought ones so that’s a huge plus for me I’m still in the trial of using these but this is my honest opinion of them after using for a little over a week I will continue to use them and would recommend
