My doctor recently gave me a list of vitamins I should be taking on a daily basis. After months of doing research I could not find a vitamin that include all the vitamins he suggested in one pill. I finally found Lady Fit and it has all the recommended vitamins except for three (Iodine, Potassium and Bioflavonoids). I was very impressed that it had 19 out of my 22 vitamins I was searching for. I have not had any side effects or reaction, and even though they are a little bit big for my liking they are easy to swallow unlike other multivitamins. I also feel grate and have more energy throughout the day. Highly recommended!!

Per my wife: This women's multivitamin seems to provide a nice supply of most of the vitamins and minerals needed on a daily basis. The capsules are easy to swallow. The recommended serving size is two capsules, and there are 30 servings per container. These vitamin capsules are especially heavy on the B vitamins, with one serving providing 375 to 466% of the daily value for B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12. It's pretty light in calcium, providing only 5% DV, and magnesium (12.5% DV), so if those are issues with you, you may want to find an additional source for these two minerals. The capsules also contain three different herbal blends: "female support," "immune blend," and "antioxidant fruit & energy blend." I like the fact that, other than Vitamin C and the Vitamin B's, the percent of daily value for the other vitamins and minerals does not exceed 100%. More is not always better with vitamins and minerals, and I don't want to have to worry about toxicity like I would with some of the mega-vitamins on the market these days. I am extremely pleased with this Lady Fit daily multivitamin.

This is a great blend for women. I love that it has magnesium and other nutrients that are often missing from other multi-vitamins. They are easy to swallow.
