This gummy biotin is not only very easy to consume but it really does work. My hair on my body has rapidly grown lol much to my surprise and my hair on my head has also grown a few inches longer in one month. I really do see a big difference. As for my skin the jury is still out in that. But overall I would recommend this product.

A normal dose of Biotin is 30-100 mcg. This product has 5,000 mcg! While it is advertised to help with hair and nails, this dosage is meant for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis. False advertising! It can interfere with blood work results and seriously damage your kidneys.<br /><br />Be aware and take the appropriate dosage for your needs!

Giving these to my 3 yo because her nails are so soft and she complete lost one after dropping a small pumpkin on it. Definitely taste good Bc she asks for one everyday. And the nail has grown back beautifully. Nails still seem soft though.

I'm 99% confident that L'Ange sells these gummies for $20 more on their site. They look and taste exactly the same. I'll be purchasing this brand from now on!

I've used biotin gummies in the past that look like little bears and really like that these look more like little fruit raspberries. They taste just like candy so there's no issue at all with flavor. I really enjoy them and I really enjoy the benefits that I'm getting from the biotin in here. They do make my hair stronger and my nails less prone to breaking.

Delicious dummies. Quality ingredients. No adverse effects. Hard to tell if it's doing much for my hair at this point but I have noticed an improvement for my nails. Easy way to incorporate biotin into your diet, I would definitely recommend these dummies.
