large capsules, easy to swallow gel coating

I play fingerstyle guitar and ukulele and use these pills to maintain my fingernail strength. 10,000mcg per day is the dosage that I has been recommended to me and my fingernails have been fine since I started taking the pills. My technique has improved as well, so I can't tell if the pills helped or not, but they I can't complain. The pills are fairly large, but the gel coating and minimal flavor makes them easy to swallow.

Different shape, but still easy to swallow.

My wife is taking this biotin supplement for her hair and nails. The pills are coated, so easy to swallow. The shape is a bit different however you adjust to taking them quickly. Wonderful product for the price!

Coconut Oil

It's hard to go wrong with coconut oil. The soft cap pills go down easy. I have not had any issues when I take this pills with other vitamins in a handful. Takes about a month to see effect.
