As close to a miracle cure as I've ever found.

Since I was a kid, I would be awakened in the early hours with ferocious leg cramps. Into my adulthood, I spent thirty plus years working in natural resources; building trail, fighting fire, and doing stream surveys. Some nights, I would wake with such terrible cramps that it would cause this otherwise manly man to come to tears! Regardless how well hydrated I consciously managed my activities, I would always dread the evening's sleeping hours after particularly strenuous days. Around June of this year, I was tipped off by a friend who had been using electrolytes to treat similar complaints. Although I had my concerns that Daylyte was a potential rip-off (it's not cheap!), I figured I'd give the product a try based on his comments. Very happily to my suprise, this stuff has all but completely resolved my nights of terror. Additionally, and although purely subjective, I feel more focused and energetic since I've been using the product. Let's hope the effects continue to have the results I've thus far experienced into the future. Good luck to those of you who are familiar with similar condition(s) to mine. Of course, leg cramps won't kill ya, but holy moses do they bring their share of misery!

*Warning Don't take if you have asthma

I bought this product to increase my electrolyte intake. However, after taking the instructed amount I had an immediate asthma attack constricting my airways. This was not a coincidence since I do not get asthma attacks often. I suggest anyone with a medical condition to be very careful if you are taking this product. I'm not sure if this is FDA approved or not, but be careful.

So Far So Great!

I was looking for an electrolyte supplement with both potassium and magnesium that was NOT a super sweet mix. Daylyte Total Hydration is a flavorless concentrate I just add to my water by dropper.

Plus, I like that I can adjust the amount I need. I’m a “lightweight” when it comes to supplements, so I don’t always need the full scoop found in those electrolyte mixes. The dropper allows me to take in my daily electrolytes in water over the course of the day.

The dropper and bottle are glass, and the liquid is clear. I’ve been using it for a little under a month with only positive results. So far so great!

Must-Have for Anyone with Hydration Issues (Or Just Anyone)

This product has been a game changer for my fiance and I. I take certain medications that leave me waking up very dehydrated each morning. No matter how much water I guzzled down I couldn't seem to catch up to feeling hydrated until mid-afternoon. With Daylyte, I'm able to reach that point after my first water bottle of the morning. I've noticed my energy levels increasing some and just overall feeling healthier. My fiance uses it to combat dehydration caused headaches. I want to stress that both of us drank a lot of regular water before to combat these issues and now with just a water bottle or two a day with Daylyte added we are having more success than we've seen before.

The unflavored Daylyte does leave your water tasting sliiightly salty, I add stevia water flavoring drops to cover it up and the end result is delicious. The lemon Daylyte is delicious on its own.

I would recommend giving this product a shot to just about anyone, hydration issues or not. As a side bonus, it does help quite a bit with the morning after a few drinks, too.

This is big deal for me.

I'm a diabetic and I work out a lot. When my blood glucose gets high, I pee a lot. When I work out I sweat a lot. And I get really dehydrated. Gatorade has a lot of sugar and unsweetened sports drink (ZERO) have aspartame, which tears up my system. DayLyte is the solution. I mean it REALLY works!

The lemon flavor is meh. I use the unflavored version.

I love this stuff!

Let me start with flavor. I hate water that doesn’t taste a bit mineral. I’m from Italy, where a lot of mineral spring water is the norm. Here in the US, water just seems flat. I hate things like Dasani and Aquafina: whatever they are adding is not enough to give the water some taste. My favorite water is Fiji, that one has some flavor to it. Evian is also good, though a bit flat. This stuff makes my water taste like something! It’s fairly easy to over-do, and when you do it gets a slight bit salty. I don’t mind, but I have been known to add a few grains of table salt to a liter of water.

Now for the health benefits. I can tell when my drinks have the correct mix of electrolytes for me. There are days where no matter how much water I drink, I’m always thirsty. On those days, I have been known to chug Gatorade, but that has either too much sugar or unpleasant sweeteners. So, I can tell these drops replenish my electrolytes very well, cause they quench my thirst.

I have been using these for about three months now, and it seems my health has generally improved. Mind you, this could simply be because I drink more water since this actually tastes good to me. But my muscles seem less fatigued and I have more energy, I have fibromyalgia, so that is very nice indeed.

I have this stuff on auto-order so I never run out. I absolutely love it!
