Why Oxcide instead of Glycinate ?
It gets confusing looking at how many forms of magnesium there are. My research indicates that the oxide form is not absorbed as easily and is viewed as a laxative. Where as glycinate is recommended for sleep. I have taken 2 pills prior to bed for a week and have had a slight improvement staying asleep, but now I understand why my stomach is off. Eager to try the glycinate form now. My Thorne vitamins use citrate and malate and not oxide.

If you’re a female, beware.
I used this stuff for a long time for restless leg syndrome and it definitely helped. However, lately I have been extremely short of breath, dizzy, my vision has been blurry, had bradycardia, and I’ve been super nauseous. No one could find anything wrong with me. I noticed then that these were a 400mg serving size and women aren’t supposed to have more than 310 per day and any more is likely unsafe long term. It’s not a dose that will kill you but you could have mild overdose symptoms as I have. I will promptly be stopping this and hoping it helps. Will update

Unmatched Quality
Very impressed with your products and bought four different types of vitamins. After comparing these vitamins with other companies, the quality is unmatched. Though my trainer recommended this brand, I did my own research and actually read the labels. Those who compare these vitamins with the competition will come to the same conclusion as I did: the quality is unmatched and the pricing is competitive.

Decreased back pain
After experiencing back spasms as a result of overworked muscles near the spine, my chiropractor suggested I begin taking magnesium and potassium supplements. These Mineral Magic Tablets worked like a charm!

Potentially Toxic Recommended Dosage
After taking the recommended daily dose, I had one of the worst headaches of my life threw up twice before feeling better. Was worried at some point that I was going to have to go to the hospital. I didn’t know the daily dosage is more twice the recommended amount for the average woman. This was not anywhere on the bottle. I’m also disappointed because I really admired the founder’s mission toward clean eating and products. Turns out, eating a processed donut would have wreaked less havoc on my body. Yes, I should have checked with a doctor, but it really makes me rethink the company’s credibility.

Many broken tablets
I love this product however my last couple of<br />Bottles came with MANY of the tablets broken into little pieces and many that turned into a powder. I hope they find a better way of packing because it is a waste of money to get a bottle that has so many tablets destroyed.
