I tried to take this liquid DHA/EPA, but it’s just too oily for me to swallow. The flavor is grape and it tasted fine it’s just the texture of the oil I couldn’t handle. I did then find the capsule that I think will have enough milligrams so I ordered that and I will try that for a while to see if I can switch to that completely. The new capsules are from life extension.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Good quality supplement. About three weeks in and noticing a difference, mostly in energy levels.

Third-party tested, clean label. That's what I look for first. Actually works too, which is a bonus.

Solid formulation. A bit pricey but I think it's worth it for the label transparency.
