This cannot supply the right light for skin exposure yo make vitamin d. I think your description is NOT true. UV B is necessary for human skin to make vitamin D

Simple, Nice and well worth it!
This light is a great tool to have around and use daily if you’re stuck inside without Sun these days. It has the Stand that has a holder for it on the back and is easily removed and popped on the side to prop it up. You can adjust the brightness and even the tone of it, between a lower yellow to a bright White.<br /> I think it’s a really nice one, Energy Efficient and easily recommended.
