Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Pricey for what you get, and the serving size is smaller than it looks.
My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Arrived sealed and well packaged, with a scoop that was actually easy to find. Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it.
Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.
