I have Hashimoto's, EBV, and Lyme disease. My LLMD put me on a bunch of supplements and prescriptions because she said I was literally running on fumes. This was the first product I started and I noticed a huge difference in how I felt from day one. I am sleeping better, I'm not as anxious, eating more and I am not getting sick as much. This product is amazing!

This has been a godsend. I mix one scoop in 6-8 oz of cold water each evening and I'm finally sleeping through the night. Have had sleep issues for years. No problem going to sleep but would wake up in the middle of the night and be awake for hours. Couldn't remember the last time I slept long enough to dream! Have been using this for over 2 months and I'll never be without it. If I do wake up, I go back to sleep. And dreaming like a crazy woman!

We first purchased a similar product for my daughter because of her severe anxiety and OCD from our D.O.'s office based on his recommendation. We live 2 hours away so it wasn't feasible to go pick up when we needed it so we went on a search and found this product. Unlike the negative reviews we saw we found this oroduct worked amazingly well! We didn't notice much difference at all from the expensuve and hard to get RelaxMax.<br />According to my daughter the flavor isn't as good as the other product. That's the only downside, which for the price savings, availability, and the benefits...?it's not a big deal.

I have been taking Just Relax for about a month and I have noticed a tremendous increase in the quality of my sleep. My cortisol levels were very high, so my doctor recommended that I take 2 scoops before bed to help me relax and achieve deeper sleep. Since I have started using Just Relax, I notice that I fall asleep easier, get into a deeper sleep faster and stay there longer. The other added benefit is that if I do wake up in the middle of the night, I fall back asleep much sooner. Before I started this product, I would lay awake for an hour or more if I got out of bed for just a couple of minutes. Now, I get up, take care of business and I am back asleep in 20 minutes. Pure Therapeutics Just Relax is fantastic! Our daughter can become overly anxious and overwhelmed, especially while in school, and she can become overly anxious in the evenings before bed time. We have done so much to improve her diet - no dairy or gluten, and she basically eats an 80/20 Paleo diet. Although these issues improved with the change in diet, they have also been haunting her. Just Relax cures everything for her! Literally, within moments of taking it (yes... moments) she becomes so much more calm, collected and balance. She'll snap right out of an awful mood, have more patience and flexible. At night time, it also does calm her down to aid in a peaceful night sleep! This supplement is useful when facing a stressful event coming up quickly for which you are anxious such as doctors, dentists, long DMV waits, final examines, or public speeches. One dose takes about an hour to ramp up to relaxation and lasts about an hour, give or take depending on how deficient you are in the neurotransmitter GABA. GABA is the &#34;I don't care&#34; neurotransmitter. If you don't care then you are not anxious. In many respects the brain is controlling blood pressure - fight/flight - getting ready for battle. Here is a true example: D goes to the doctor has blood pressure of 170/96. Next visit D takes Just Relax 1 scoop before going to doctor. BP is 136/67. 3 more visits taking Just Relax. Same lower range. Then he skips it for a visit - BP up in the stratosphere again. Dr. prescribes BP medication. What else can the Dr. do? They tell you to take readings at home. If you do not dread a root canal you might not get any relaxation from this. This supplement has other names: CalMind, XYMOGEN ReLaxMax. All of these appear to be the same product with different labels and contain pharmaceutical grade ingredients. I have personally tried them all and they are the same. The beauty of playing with GABA is that you can have more control over how you feel when anxious events come along. Not as effective taken every day. The brain is smart and shifts things around thinking it can get lazy and not produce its own GABA since you are doing that for it. Best bang is situational. Tastes like Kool-Aid but don’t put your nose in it – powder is very fine. Open the jar and step back a minute and keep the scoop at arms length. It tastes much better than it smells.
