Great product.

We use this product to help my autistic son digest his food better. Ever since he started this he has been less "wild" and a lot more attentative.

No more heartburn & a whole new menu!

I only recently discovered that digestive enzymes aside from Lactaid existed. I am so glad I did. As a child I suffered with frequent stomachaches. As I got older, I began to associate these with cow's milk, but ignored the problem during my teen years. In my 20s, stomachaches turned into heartburn and a constant growling feeling in my stomach. I went to many doctors, tried prescription heartburn medications, was tested for celiac and H Pylori, had an endoscopy, only to be finally told, "You have IBS." and given a long list of foods I shouldn't eat. Since I knew cow's dairy bothered me, I decided to eliminate it from my diet, and voila, within a week, my heartburn was gone. Over time I was able to pinpoint that it is casein, not lactose that triggers my symptoms of heartburn, nausea, and sometimes headache. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to consistently live a casein-free life. I would give in when going out with friends or at family gatherings because it was often just easier, or on occasion just because I wanted to eat something. I suffered the consequences. Recently it was getting out of hand. I was living on Zantac up to 3 times a day and still having raging heartburn and stomach discomfort. Going casein-free wasn't even completely solving the issue- I was noticing I was getting heartburn from things like eggs, crackers, or toast. Enter the enzymes. I tried several types, including Lacto by Enzymedica and Digest Gold, and finally these. Total game-changer. This particular brand works by far the best of all that I tried. I do believe you have to trial and error these things depending on your particular intolerance. I am able to eat cheese, chocolate chip cookies made with butter and chased with a shot of cow's milk, the glorious list goes on!!! And best of all, I get NO heartburn, NO nausea, no gas, nothing. I am truly amazed. I feel so much better and I am so glad I found this product.

Definitely had helped my Digestive Systm

I was not digesting well and not getting proper nutrition as I had very low acid levels in my stomachs. I started supplementing with gastric acid and it helped. Still had thinning hair and weak nails. Added your digestive enzymes and hair and nails have improved greatly. I tried a cheaper brand and got worse so changed back and will continue to use your product as it works for me. Thank you!

Has changed everything

I've been home-bound 15 years with Lyme/gastric stuff. After literally YEARS trying different enzymes & combinations of digestive aids... THIS product...TriEnza... has been a game-changer. It's pretty much all I take now with an occasional HCL or bile supplement. Because of TriEnza I've been able to eat foods I haven't been able to tolerate for years. I can't say it's curing my condition but it's certainly restored a quality of life I thought I would never have again. I think if I ate like a saint, together with the TriEnza, I maybe COULD get cured!! Right now I'm just in chocolate heaven.

This is a very powerful enzyme. I have health issues with SIBO and leaky gut. I believe this enzyme is helping me to heal. I'm now fully digesting food and after only a week and a half I have way more energy and decreased brain fog. This enzyme also gave me detox reactions so I know it's working

Made me sick. Don't know if it works.

I wanted to post this as a warning to others rather than as a rating. This stuff made me vomit for a few hours. Their website warns you not to take it if you have certain allergic reactions, so I'm guessing that's what it was for me. I'm sure it's fine for most people, but I didn't use it long enough to know if it works, so I'm giving it 5 stars. I've had this reaction before with Lactaid Fast Act, but not with other enzyme blends, so I decided to risk it.

I started with less than a quarter of a pill per meal to be safe, then ramped it up. I started to have pain all throughout my gut, but I wasn't sure if it was the pills or some other things going on at that time (stress, Aleve). I stopped taking it for a week, felt better, then tried one pill with breakfast. A few hours later (it always takes a while with Lactaid too) I started to throw up. That lasted about 2 hours. For the rest of the day I just had some pain, but was mostly ok. I also had that same pain in my gut the next 2 days.

So I just want to say that if you've had a problem with Lactaid, you might have the same problem with this. Or if you're taking this and feeling pain throughout your gut, you might want to stop.
