This is the best vitamin out there hands down. My bariatric doctor even asked me where I got them because my labs were so good. I hated taking so many different vitamins and all I have to take is this one, vitamin D, and a B-12 (qod)!
Only having to take one vitamin a day is very convenient. I feel good knowing I have taken the vitamins I need at the start of each day.
This is my go to since i started a bariatric diet...it is easy to swallow and unlike other multivit pills it doesn't have a smell nor an after taste.
the only downside I've noticed with these is that somedays I experience a Niacin Flush, sometimes so much that it actually affects my breathing. Other times, no flush and no problems. I was taking these daily for just about 3 months recently quit about 3 weeks ago, and let me tell you how sluggish and no motivation. I just placed my second order, and I can't wait for them to come in, I'm exhausted and my body NEEDS these!
