I purchased this product for over-all health improvement and I was specifically looking for a pure product from the USA. The only thing I highly recommend is that it's taken at 3 separate times through-out the day and not at once. A lot of water/liquid needs to be consumed with these capsules and I initially took the 3 at once before bed but I had developed a horrible pain when I did so I started taking the 3 capsules at different times and it eliminated the issue, (not totally the products fault but it should be noted on the label to not take all 3 at once just as it says to take at least 8 oz of liquid). Not sure of long-term improvement as I have only received it a week ago but so far I do think I feel more alert.

Pills are all filled at different levels doesn't seem this company has any quality control or consistency. Other then that they seem okay.
