Very good protein, 100 calories and 25g of protein, and excellent flavor and excellent ingredient and source of protein, but be careful, only buy the 1.6LB version, since the 5LB version is totally different, the 5LB version has 120 calories, different macros and the ingredients and sources of protein are different

100% Isolate Double Rich Chocolate 1.6 LB has been my “go to” powder of choice. When I do protein infused meals or snacks, I needed something that was not only clean but added a solid protein to scoop ratio and tasted better than the usual “tastes nothing like the flavor name” proteins. In my initial attempt, I used a blender bottle and sugar free almond milk. Happy to say it mixed well and did not have any clumping. Truth be told, I am a guy who likes to add additional options to my post workout shakes and pre-bedtime snacks. The Double Chocolate, mixed with Almond Milk and a spoonful of Almond or Peanut Butter is what calls to me post workout. Not going to lie, some days it is what pulls me through a brutal last few sets. Pre-bedtime, I use this protein, mixed with almond milk and sugar free chocolate pudding (Refrigerate for 3 hours), topped with a tablespoon of light whipped cream. It tastes amazing! I have had it every night for almost a year. Yep, addicted. I have tried others in both of these recipes but they are nowhere near this flavor caliber. I highly recommend trying this out and compare it to what you may be using now.

My family is active in outdoor activities, exercise and sports. EVL Isolate Protein is far superior than the dozens of protein products over the past decade. 5 stars for this protein powder! You cannot beat 100 cals for 25 grams of protein! If you are someone who counts macros & calories and especially if you are in a deficit , this is perfect for you! I was always searching for "fun" protein flavors and wasting tons of money. Someone from a fitness group I was in suggested putting instant coffee with vanilla protein powder to make a morning coffee drink so I decided to try to find a cheap vanilla protein powder to try this with. I'm so glad I bought this one!! So yes my first recommendation is adding 2 tsp of instant coffee and blending it with ice and some cashew milk. Fantastic morning drink. My second is mixing frozen fruit in! Great again. THEN my holy grail meal replacement or snack is mixing one scoop of this with 0% greek yogurt. OOOOOOMG. AMAZING! It's like freaking pudding! Or mixing it with a flavored yogurt (cinnamon bun, strawberry, strawberry cheesecake, etc!) . SO good. I go through this crazy fast now and can't stop making yogurt mixes with it! I like to add granola & chocolate chips too with some strawberries on top. Just wow. I'm obsessed with this vanilla ice cream protein powder. It has made a huge difference in my diet, helps me stay within my calories for the day, keeps me full whether in shake form or yogurt mix form, and helps me reach my daily protein goals (and then some!). I can get my sweet tooth fix and my coffee fix and I can't think of anything better than that! Super awesome and i hope someone takes my word on the recipes I mentioned because it'll be a game changer.<br />UPDATE: I got the 5lb tub and omg, name any other protein company where you open up the huge tub and it actually it full to the top?!?! We love this protein powder! We are a health nut house hold and like a good protein shake. We always gage protein powder being good if it still tastes good with just water, because any protein powder is good with milk but the real test is with water only. It passed the test! Haha! It is really good and pretty sweet, so if you don't like it too sweet you may not like it but we did! We are very pleased!
