These collagen peptides have honestly changed the way I feel about my hair, skin, and nail health. When I first tried them about a year ago I remember loving how my skin looked after just the first week! I was very happy with this for about a week or two. Then I started breaking out along my jawline with deep painful cysts. I never get these type of breakouts. Maybe 3 or 4 my whole life. Now i have 3 at the same time. I researched this and there are others that have this reaction to collagen. Theres evidence these supplements don't survive the digestive tract and therefore aren't effective at all. It's doing something to my skin, that's for sure, but not anything I want. Then theres the risk of contaminants and heavy metals, since this is made from animal parts. Take vitamin c, biotin, and silica to assist in your body's production of collagen. Less risk, and more likely to see benifits.

This has been awesome for me. My nails are growing like weeds and my feet no longer are in pain all the time. This has really worked to battle my heel spurs that have been preventing me from daily exercise!!!

I'm a huge fan of Evlution Nutrition and all their products, ever since I started a routine using their vitamins, supplements, and products I have noticed my overall health and well being has skyrocketed. They provide great value for a great product, and the Collagen Peptides is another example.<br />In regards to the Collagen Peptides, I have one scoop every morning in my coffee, I mix it with a tablespoon of grassfed butter and MCT oil. I love that it's a fine powder and unflavored so it mixes and tastes well with my coffee. I take it every morning with my breakfast after my workout. I genuinely feel like it gives me a boost of good energy with the coffee, and I have noticed since I've started taking it, I get a little more pep in my step than I used to with just regular coffee. My hair and nails feel stronger and healthier, my skin is definitely clearer and less greasy, and I feel like my joints are smoother and less painful. I used to take Chondroitin, however it didn't really do much for me, I feel like this does quite a bit more for me, and I'm very happy to be taking it every day.<br />Overall it's a fantastic product.
