I have a B6 deficiency and need to take supplements per doctor's orders. I've been using this brand for awhile now and I know they do their job as I am blood tested from time to time to check my B6 levels and they now remain up to where they should be.
My doctor recommended no more than 50mg of B6. These are 40mg and that's fine for now. Have not taken them long enough to notice any change. Order received timely and exp. date is well out there.<br /><br />Update: I found these to be a bit strong as I experienced headache and tingling which are known side effects. Going to try the lower dosage.
