Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Arrived sealed and well packaged, with a scoop that was actually easy to find. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice.
The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good.
