I bought this for my 8-yearold son and he loves the flavor and the fact that it is chewable. The is quite economical and seems to work just quite well. He is eating more and has more energy.

If you eat nothing but garbage, go elsewhere. Buy traditional adult multivitamins with multi-thousand percent overdosages of vitamins and minerals. And good luck with that approach.<br /><br />If you generally eat well-balanced meals and just want to make sure you're filling in for some harder-to-get vitamins and minerals, these are your vitamins. I especially like the fact I'm not overdosing myself daily with huge quantities of heavy metals/minerals like in nearly every other vitamin. They don't upset my stomach like most other multivitamins do.<br /><br />When I get my annual physical and have all my vitamins and minerals checked, I'm OK in everything but Vitamin D (chronic problem here in the Pacific NW with all the rain) so that's the only other supplement I take.<br /><br />One other item: I really apprecite the fact it doesn't have massive doses of Vitamin C. I have normally mild allergies, which can really get out of hand if I'm taking an immune booster like Vitamin C. I've switched several of my friends to this from other multi-vitamins and their allergies have backed off considerably.
