I have used Vitamin A to protect the mucous membranes in my body. Since I started using Vitamin A, I rarely have any sinus problems or bladder problems.

Bottle less than half full.
100 capsules fill one of these bottles to less than half full. When they arrive, I dump the contents of one bottle into the other, and then it is almost full.
