I’ve been taking this for a few years recently I began noticing a difference... turns out over 40 pills each bottle or half full rather than the full amount being inside. Thought this was a fluke until I ordered a replacement and that too had many half empty! The second bottle actually had two fully empty capsules. I guess for the price it’s worth it but definitely not as it use to be.

Can't speak to the efficacy - how do you even know - but I can speak to the fact that several of the capsules are barely full.

I bounce between inositol brands and can never seem to stay consistent due to cost per therapeutic dose for PCOS. This brand has the best value for now, and I have finally been able to reap the benefits of more regular cycles since being on these capsules for 4 months straight. I pair it with a separate brand/capsule of d chiro inositol for a 40:1 ratio dose. My only complaint is that with the mg per capsule, I have to take 5 of these capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening to meet the 4000 mg daily for PCOS (if you follow the major pricey brand). These capsules cause me to exceed that a little bit so I feel like there are some dollars wasted because of that. my ovulation was getting later and later into my cycle.....i tried this...first month taking it my ovulation came 9 days earlier! I took 4 pills every morning. no bad taste or smell....love that it came with so many in a bottle

No weird scent, easy to swallow and hopefully a big help for my fertility!

Love the quantity that this product provides. With having to take 8 pills of the other brands previous to meet my Drs recommendation - I was having to buy 2 bottles at a time to cover the month. I love that this product has such a large quantity and exactly what I am needing!!
