I took these for about 5 days and was completely miserable while on them. Day 3 I started getting headaches that lasted all day. Day 4 insomnia set in along with the pounding headache. After getting a 4 hour night of sleep I quit them on day 5. I was feeling a little more normal 24 hours afterwards. One of the worst experiences I've had on a supplement. Evl didn't respond when I reached out to them.

This product is a good supplement that provides good rest amd recovery. One caution is taking the product before 6 hours or less of sleep. May cause additional groginess throughout the day. I would recommend this product. No issues after extended use.

I found some cotton inside the case, I don't know is it supposed to be there or not. By the way, it's not too easy to swallow

It's worked for me for years. Effective getting a good night sleep. I've tried other ZMA supplements and Z-Matrix is one of the better ones. EVL consistently provides good quality supplements. I will keep purchasing.

My wife got me this item. I think it was a lighting or deal of the day...one of those I think. Having an enlarged prostate means my nights are hit or miss. If I got up three times a night, it was considered a great night. But then there was my normal 4, 5, 6 times up at night. You just get used to it. I tried meds and they worked (somewhat) until I hit the gym and just about collapsed from the dizzy side effect. When doing squats I almost went down, weights on my shoulders. That would not have been good. I came right off the meds and lived with being up all night long and not getting any sleep.<br /><br />Then I tried Z-Matrix. The first night I got up twice. How nice. The second night once, and a few nights later it was none at all. I average getting up once or none a night now and LOVE it!!! Finally getting sleep has improved my overall well-being the next day (no longer exhausted). I "now" wake up naturally between 2:30am and 3:00 am and hit the gym (no alarm clock needed). My wife says that I "pop out of bed at ungodly hours." I am no longer exhausted when I wake up thanks to Z-Matrix. My numbers and weights in the gym have steadily increased. In the 3 weeks on Z-Matrix my weights or my reps (in the 4-6 rep range) increase EVERY workout. Not one workout have my numbers not gotten better from the previous workout since being on Z-Matrix. Prior to Z-Matrix my numbers stayed the same for weeks (probably from being exhausted and no sleep). I can't recommend this product anymore. Z-Matrix will be a staple in my sleeping and workout routine for the rest of my life.<br /><br />Dear EVL...if you ever discontinue this item, message me. I will buy ALL of the remaining stock you have. :-)

My sleep is crazy good using this stuff. It's a different type of deep sleep than using Melatonin. I feel like the night goes by quicker and I feel much more refreshed the next day. My soreness is next to none on this stuff. I'll continue to buy these!
