This stuff really works, I slept much deeper than I ever have.. BUT

Took for four weeks, reluctantly had to stop because it says to stop after 4 weeks. The first night I stopped, I couldn't fall asleep until 3 AM!<br />What are we supposed to replace this with when we stop the med? We are taking it to help with our sleep. This should be a two part regimine, take this for 4 weeks, then this, then go back to this.<br />CAN I go back to this after 4 weeks of taking stuff I hope will work, I don't even know what I'm supposed to do -
