Upset my stomach. Didn’t finish. Plus there was a recall on the product.

I tried these two weeks ago. My energy levels and health seem about the same as before with another vitamin product. The benefit of these was the added digestive aid. That seemed to help my digestive system work better. Also, this vitamin does not seem to pass through my system as fast as others. So it feels like I am not wasting the vitamin to the toilet a few hours after taking it as with my previous one. I wish it was one capsule a day instead of two.

I became familiar with BioSchwartz when I purchased their probiotics. I loved them. They are high quality, high potency and the shelf life is guaranteed. Because I liked them so much, I decided to buy the men's daily multi-vitamin for my husband. He has just started taking them so I can't give you much feedback on them. Even then, I'm not sure my husband will give much feedback other than, 'they're fine'. Lol<br /><br />If I have addition result that I observe, I will add to my review later.

A very good selection of vitamins in here, some stuff you may not find in other vitamins. Unusual to have to take two capsules at once, but that makes them easier to swallow. And I would not hesitate to recommend this company as trustworthy.
