For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.

The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far.
