Per doctors order I had to take this stuff to prep for a medical procedure that I was having where I had to clean out.<br /><br />I purchased this from Amazon and drank 10oz of it at twelve noon the day before my procedure. The taste wantn't bad. It was a little sour like eating a lemon 🍋. But no where as bad as the other stuff that I have used before. I did like the mixed berry taste.<br /><br />It started working a couple hours later and As per the doctor I drank lots of water and clear liquids after drinking it so that it wouldn't leave a chalky residue. By the time I went to bed that night I was all cleaned out.<br /><br />I will be using this stuff for now on anytime that I have to prep myself for a medical procedure. The doctor told me that I did a very good job at preping for the procedure. I owe it all to this stuff.

Pros: product does the job gently and effectively. Label states free of several common allergens. Natural formula. Taste isn't bad.<br />Cons: leaves a white residue in colon, making it unsuitable for endoscopy procedures.<br /><br />I have a zillion food allergies and was concerned about the generic clear mag. sulfate prep liquid ingredients. I loved that this far more natural product specifically said it was free of soy, gluten, dairy, etc. Even though it is an opaque white liquid, my doctor approved it for my colonoscopy prep. It worked very well, and the affects were not violent, unlike the standard prep.<br />Everything seemed to go perfectly, but unfortunately, during the procedure the doctor found an excess of white residue from this product lining my colon, which caused him to be unable to get a clear view. Now I have to repeat the whole thing with a different prep, somehow.<br /><br />I really wish this product had worked out, because it was otherwise pretty ideal. If only it was clear...

I drank about 150ml of this and chased it with 64 oz of water over 30 minutes. In about an hour, it cleared me out. No cramping, just came out with ease. Continuing to go hours after, but clear. Great alternative to magnesium citrate you usually buy as a bowel prep. Give yourself a full day of being by a bathroom when taking this.

This is amazing for constipation! I have tried everything under the sun! This works, taste is tolerable, does not give cramps and is soo effective!!

Couldn't find the clear magnesium citrate as there was a worldwide recall by the main manufacturer, ViJon. However, this wonderful little health site had the "milk" style and drinking enough water with it made it just as effective for the colonoscopy I had scheduled. I can't use the chemical laxatives, but this worked great since it's a natural mineral.

My mother was bedridden for almost 9 months. As long as I gave her some of this liquid magnesium, she never got constipated.
